D.Y. Patil Technical Campus in the Training & Placement Cell

The Training and Placement (T&P) Cell at D.Y. Patil Technical Campus is headed by Mr. Ashish Vilas Jawake. The cell is an important platform that determines the career paths of the students. It does not just include placement drives, but also helps in career planning of students, higher studies, as well as entrepreneurship.
The cell conducts ongoing workshops, exposure to the industry, LMS-based training and an opportunity to intern. The campus is strategically placed to be close to the major industrial areas within the City of Pune, hence there is good recruiter interest. It is remarkable that student volunteers are extensively engaged in the organisation of the place process and learn a lot in the process.

What is the Job of the T&P Cell?
This non-curriculum unit, which is dynamic and structured, enhances the level of employability by building skills, interaction with the corporation, and mentorship. It is also hired in various companies with pride.

Guidelines to Know?
In order to pass, students should participate in at least 75% and more of the internal training sessions and do a minimum of ten and more examples of mock tests. A 60-minute readiness workshop is highly recommended. Resumes should be real and in official form. Learners are in the know through emails and messaging applications. Disqualification and non-compliance during drives are also possible because: use of backlogs or low CGPA, and doing so in the future may prevent participation due to non-compliance.
