Step-by-Step Method
• In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
• Add milk, oil, vanilla essence, and vinegar.
• Mix until smooth.

• Preheat oven to 180°C.
• Pour batter into a greased tin.
• Bake for 30–35 minutes.
