Method
• Preheat the oven to 180°C.
• Grease and line a cake tin with parchment paper. In a large bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
• Add sugar and mix well.
• Pour in the oil, milk, and vanilla essence.
• Whisk until the batter becomes smooth and lump-free.
